Shipping policy
Thank you for your order! We’re so excited for your Dance Mom Diary to arrive.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
Estimated Delivery Time
USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high carrier volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error provided at checkout, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Marked Delivered Packages
Once an order has been transferred to USPS, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact your local USPS office directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing shipment confirmation details if needed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at thedancemomdiary@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
