Because each Dance Mom Diary is a keepsake product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or accidental purchases.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right. You must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at thedancemomdiary@gmail.com.

To submit a claim, please include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the damage or defect

Claims submitted without photo evidence or outside the 7-day window may not be eligible for review.

Once we review your request, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will issue either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacements or refunds based on the information provided.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
